You can learn to do this.
Mindfulness is not new or some gimic. The NHS, in the UK, has been sucessfully using mindfulness to treat low mood and anxiety for years.
Becoming more present in the moment and listening to mindfulness mediations can reduce anxiety and improve low mood, help you feel more connected to others, feeling more like yourself. It also improves concentration, sleep and happiness amongst many others.
My courses combine mindfulness with learning so that you can understand why the practises help and make changes within your life that serve you better.
Combining compassion with nature connection brings colour and warmth to mindfulness.
Learning self-compassion and doing compassionate practises help us to nourish ourselves and enhance the positive aspects of our lives. It helps us to connect with others and treat them with the care we want to.
Mindfulness helps us to become more attuned to our internal landscapes. My courses will help you to bring balance into your life. As you practice mindfulness you'll find it easier to notice when that balance is tipping the wrong way and you'll have a toolkit ready to help you to restore yourself.
Inviting the beautiful natural world within
Spending time in nature is well reported to improve our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
