Compassionate Mindful Resilience Course 

Learn how to build resilience through the blend of mindfulness and compassion in a creative way. You will learn how to use shorter, more bespoke practices and coping strategies, all aiming to promote higher levels of self-kindness, resilience and feelings of robustness and empowerment.

4 x 2 hour sessions over 4 weeks, contact me for dates.

This course is for beginners and those who have learnt mindfulness before but would like refreshing.

Group courses

I teach mindfulness and compassion courses in groups of a maximum of 12 participants in locations accross South Devon.

I can also teach over zoom.

Organisations

I can create custom mindfulness and compassion training for your organisation. Training that helps your staff improve resillience, well being, mental and emotional health, as well as reducing stress and anxiety.

I worked at the RD&E NHS Trust for nearly 13 years in IT, and Corporate Affairs and have an excellent understanding of organisational needs.

Mindfulness and compassion for parent's course
