I am a qualified mindfulness with compassion teacher through MindfulnessUK and a Level 4 qualification.
I am completing The Certificate in Advanced Wilderness for Therapeutic Approaches with EQE Outsdoors Ltd. This is a Level 3 advanced qualification.
Mindfulness has played an enormous role in my life since 2016 and I'm passionate about helping others to enjoy their lives more, finding peace within themselves and happiness. Helping them to deal with difficult times and emotions with kindness and nurturing techniques. Helping you build a toolkit of knowledge and practices that you can use regularly to maintain your well-being. And also there when you need extra support.
I teach face to face, through zoom, in groups, 1-2-1 and within businesses.
I'm also a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra teacher.
Wild spaces and woodlands are an incredible support to me and I love making a fire from scratch and brewing a hot cuppa. Spending time in nature brings so many well documented benefits and I'm passionate about helping you reconnect with yourself and our beautiful natural world. Nature has so many lessons on how to look at the world and is a balance to our busy, technology driven worlds.
It's helped me through the hardest times in my life and continues to bring me simple joys, connection and peace.
